Full price orders placed prior to 12pm will be dispatched same day or the following business day if purchased over the weekend or on a public holiday. Once dispatched, domestic orders will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days, depending on your location.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please submit a request.

Any parcel over 10kgs may incur additional shipment fees.

Please note Emerson Studios does not deliver to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses, these may be subject to cancellation. If delivery is to a business address the name of the business is required, without this information Australia Post is unable to deliver your parcel.

International orders will be dispatched from Melbourne, Australia within 3-7 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location.

There are no additional charges when the product arrives in your country.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If the address provided is unattended, an attempted delivery card will be left or carrier will contact you via email. Your parcel will be redelivered the following day with an option to reschedule the delivery. Please note Emerson Studios does not deliver internationally to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses, these may be subject to cancellation.
